Rental Conditions
- Driver licence and age limits: Minimum age requirement is 21 with at least 2 years of valid driving licence.
- Rental period: Rental periods are calculated on a 24 hour basis.
- Long-term rentals: Minimum long-term rental period is 2 mounths. Please contact Bumerang offices for further details about long term rental rates and conditions.
- What is included and excluded in the rates: Rates are inclusive of unlimited free kilometers, CDW, costs of lubrication and technical maintenance. Petrol, airport surcharge, and mandotary Value Added Tax at the rate of 18% are added on the rates.
- Airport surcharge: 8 Euro per rental Surcharge is applied at deliveries in Ankara-Esenboga Airport, Istanbul-Atatürk Airport, Izmir-A.Menderes Airport, Antalya Airport at their international terminals.For fees, please contact our agencies or offices.
- One-way rental: One-way rental is allowed between the bumerang locations. According to this, should the rental car be returned to an bumerang location different than the commencing city, it is subjected to One-Way Fee aplication ; for less rental than a week 130Euro or if the rental exceeds 7 days 100Euro . For service fees if there is no bumerang office in the destination point and further information, contact to our offices.distance btwn cities
- Additional drivers: ( no extra charge ) In order to have additional person(s) drive the car along with the original renter, the details of their driving licences must be registered in the rental aggreement at the time of issuing contract. Otherwise all insurance coverage become void.
- Delivery & pick-up: Free delivery and pick-up service is available within city borders ( airport, hotel, address, etc..). Service fee is charged for deliveries and pick-ups to and from places where no our office exists.
- Delayed return: If the vehicle is returned after the agreed return time, 1/3 of the daily rental rate is charged for every excess hour. If the delay is exceeded by 3 hours, the full day rental fee is charged.
- Insurances: For Bumerang, it is a must that the renters are fully insured by the way law orders and to make insurance offers according to the costumers requirments. There are two types of protection insurances included in the rates by Bumerang. The first type is the mandotary insurance , applied by the government rules that is Third Party LiabilityInsurance and, the second is the voluntary insurance and waivers which are the CDW Collision Damage Waiver, Theft Protection and SOS Personal Accident & Health Insurances, are designed by Bumerang for the confidence and safety of the customers.
- Payment: Full payment is required by one of the major credit cards e.g. the Diners Card, American Express, Visa, Eurocard, Master Card, or Access at the time of rental.
- Traffic fines: Legal responsibilities resulting from traffic violations that incur during the rental period are charged to the renter.
- IMPORTANT NOTE: In case of an accident, the vehicle must not be moved from the accident site and the accident and alcohol reports must be obtained from the nearest police station in order to have the insurance of CDW remain valid.
